ANNOUNCEMENTS
9/4/2024	Girls Weightlifting conditioning has begun. This will run everyday after school from 2-3 until the official start day of practice. Conditioning is not mandatory; however, it is strongly urged to be in better physical condition once the season starts. You must be cleared through Athletic Clearance to participate.
2/3/2024	By now, many have had a chance to look at the unofficial qualifiers. WOW! The totals this year were incredible just to qualify! Congratulations to our only lifter to qualify - Chloe. Even then you couldn't have told me that her total would place her 11th in the state. I would like to hold one last meeting this Monday after school for the team so that we can talk about what it's going to take to move forward. This isn't mandatory, but if you want to be successful going forward I would like to lay out a plan. WE CANNOT STOP LIFTING! These other girls will not stop. If you want to be the best you have to approach this as a year-long sport. YOU CAN NOT STOP! I am so proud of all of you. Parents - thank you for entrusting Coach Kelly and myself with your daughters these past few months. I love all of my girls!
